Can you unlock blacklisted, lost, or blocked phones?
No. Devices reported lost, stolen, in collections, or “blocked” for non-payment cannot be unlocked.
Do you unlock iCloud or Google FRP locks?
No. We cannot remove personal passwords or account locks for privacy and security reasons.
Is Cell Phone Unlocking Legal?

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Full refunds are available if we’re unable to complete the unlock after all methods have been tried while partial refunds are provided if you do not want to wait for all options to be exhausted (up to 45 business days)
