Can you unlock blacklisted, lost, or blocked phones?
No. Devices reported lost, stolen, in collections, or “blocked” for non-payment cannot be unlocked.

What if my phone can’t be unlocked?
We have one of the highest success rates in the industry. If your IMEI can’t be unlocked after all options are exhausted (can take up to 45 business days), We offer 100% refund and if longer than 72 hours we also issue store credit to use on another phone and continue to work on the order daily until successful.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Full refunds are available if we’re unable to complete the unlock after all methods have been tried while partial refunds are provided if you do not want to wait for all options to be exhausted (up to 45 business days)
